Deep Dive Diagnostic
A full review of your company by my partners and I directed by your needs often including Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finances, People/HR, Technology and Intellectual Property.
We employ a holistic approach to businesses when conducting strategic analysis that we believe is critical to avoid unanticipated consequences that could occur when issues are addressed in a vacuum. Our team will spend approximately two-three weeks onsite/offsite reviewing the current business and opportunities with personnel in a series of individual and group interviews. Typically and preferably, this review is completed in person. Additional research and analysis will be performed offsite both before and following the interview process. There will be a kickoff meeting with leadership and personnel to set expectations and coordinate schedules.
