I cannot recommend this place enough! My sweet, but timid cat warmed up within a day of boarding. By the end of her stay, she seemed very comfortable and happy. Two difficult matted kitty jobs for them today and they did a great job! One cat is very skittish and won’t be held for more than a minute by anyone. The other is 80% outdoors in the summer. Left our spoiled fur-babies at The Grand Feline Hotel & Salon while we were on vacation. They were very happy to see us but I could tell they were well taken care of and felt secure in their room. Lando is a Persian cat who loves having a lion cut (okay, *I* like it). The Grand Feline is amazing with him. When we get home, he always sits a little closer to me as if to say, “Thanks for taking me to the place again and getting my hair done. I feel like a new man!” Thanks for everything! Jenny at The Grand Feline Hotel and Spa did an amazing job on my fluffy boy’s lion cut. He had a bad bladder blockage a year ago and lost a bunch of weight. Since recovery he has gained it all back and then some! He was getting matted on his back because he couldn’t reach to groom himself. Would absolutely recommend! Our Ginsberg and Sylvia spent 5 nights in a standard suite. The rooms allowed for roaming and play time as our kitties chose. I love that we could check in with video and audio and they loved the tower and high shelf. They even catered to each of my kitties needs: from their feeding habits to play time and snuggles to even creating a hiding space for Ginsberg to make him feel more at home.
