It has a nice atmosphere. There is large floor for dancing or events. It is surrounded by a walkway about 15 feet in the air for partygoers to take a step back, and offers a discrete location for the dj. The staff was welcoming. I initially chose the Grand Ballroom because they let you do your own food, and I didn’t want to pay the exorbitant prices at other reception centers. I would choose them again because we felt so well taken care of! Aubree was so great in helping us plan and there were so many things like tables, chairs, linens, easels, signs and other little things that they had available for our use. Tim and Andrea were also super helpful the night of the event. We had so many guests comment about how beautiful it was! There’s also plenty of parking available. Absolutely beautiful! I could not be happier with the way our reception turned out. We had quite a few more folks RSVP than we anticipated, so Aubree worked with us to get an additional room with tables set up that turned out beautiful (and was incredibly affordable). They really were so easy to work with as we changed our mind on different things, the whole process could not have been more seamless, and everything about this venue is lovely and charming. Our family has held two events at the Grand Ballroom over the past couple of years and we have had a great experience! Aubree was very well organized and quick to respond to all of my questions and Tim and Andrea were helpful on the day of our event to take care of any last minute items. The venue is open but has a cozy feel to it and you have access to several options for tables, linens and other decorations. The Grand Ballroom held my luncheon and reception on March 5th. It was an excellent experience and everything looked perfect. We were able to set up the night before which was incredibly beneficial so that no one had to even worry about that on the day of the wedding. The reception area is welcoming and so easy to decorate because it is already so beautiful. We held my sons wedding reception at the Grand Ballroom on June 2, 2018 and it was perfect! Everything was so beautiful and Tyman and Aubree could not have been more accomodating. They made sure everything was perfect for our special day and made it stress-free for us. They were delightful to work with and took care of every single detail. Beautiful venue. Aubree, who manages it, is super easy to work with and she'll hold a planning meeting with you about a month out to make sure everything is taken care of. She's also really responsive to texts/calls with any other questions. We had our wedding dinner there. They set up all the tables and chairs and include the table linens as well. They also do all the take down. Aubree is also on site during the entire event to answer any questions/show you where things are. We would definitely choose this place again! More...

We had an event here recently and this location and the staff were amazing! The facility is very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff worked with us on setup and coordinating for us to bring in more chairs. This was one of the easiest event spaces we have used, and it is top notch when it comes to decoration. We had our ceremony and reception here. The staff was friendly and so easy to work with. Everything was set up when we arrived and they were more than accommodating to any extra needs we had. The space worked perfect for the ceremony and the switch to the reception went seamlessly. We also switched to a dance floor and they again were so helpful. We hosted a wedding reception here in April of 2018. Aubree and London were great to work with. When we arrived, the space was beautifully decorated just as we had discussed with Aubree during the planning session. The room was warmly lit and the balcony added some charm. The fridges in the kitchen are roomy and the rest of the kitchen space is easy to maneuver. As part of our rental we booked the “kids room” this provided a welcome place for our younger guests to color and relax. When it was time for the dancing, the tables were simply adjusted a bit and London lowered the lights. Beautiful environment! They respond quickly to questions and are very thorough. The only reason I am giving it four stars and not five is because when you book you only get a total of 6 hours in the ballroom. This includes set up, the actual reception itself, and clean up. For the price you are paying you should have access to the venue for the entire day. Our florist and cake lady feel rushed, and there isn’t a lot of time for clean up after the reception as well. Recently held my wedding luncheon and reception here, and we LOVED it. Beautiful space, very elegant. We didn't decorate much, because the venue was already so stunning. Great value for the price. Wonderful service from the beginning, the owners helped us the whole day. They set up all the tables and charts 5 for us, and included all the tablecloths in their price. They offer childcare services for a very low price, which was a very good feature. There is also a bride room upstairs that I was ankle to get ready in.
