What’s your signature dish?
Our filet mignon tamales and our spicy brisket tamales are our top selling items. The dish comes with three tamales, rice, beans and a side salad accompanied by one of our in house salsas.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We ask questions to get a good idea of what our clients need to ensure that we provide stellar service based on their likes.
What do you love most about your job?
I love giving our clients world class customer service so that I may see them smiling ear to ear with satisfaction upon receiving our services. It makes all our hard work worth it, seeing our clients happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I come from a long line of cooks that love to put their heart and soul into their food. I share the same passion as past generations of great family cooks, like my Grandmother and my Mother. They taught me so much in the kitchen while growing up and I have learned to add my own spin to their recipes making them unique to our generation.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Continue to properly disinfect all work areas as we have been for many years prior to COVID-19, we pride ourselves in maintaining an extremely clean environment.
DROP OFF CATERING
We cook the food you order and deliver in disposable catering pans for your convenience and easy clean up. We do not provide serving utensils or anything other than the drop off of the food.
FULL SERVICE CATERING
Full service catering includes two hour service with buffet style serving, setup and take down, disposable cups, cutlery, plates, napkins and serving utensils, condiment station, chips and salsa, bread/rolls/tortillas, ice, sliced onions, jalapeños, BBQ sauces.
