What do you love most about your job?
I love being the CEO of a global company! Founding the business in South Africa and growing exponentially has been a great joy. Launching in US in Colorado has enabled our team to travel around the world serving our clients with excellence regardless of nationality or industry.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a serial-entrepreneur having launched over 20 businesses and I started over from scratch after losing everything in the 2006-2008 market-crash. I moved back to South Africa and started over in January, 2009. In 2010, The Global Equipping Centre was founded in Durban which allowed me to serve business and non-profit individuals once again. My passion to train corporate managers, provide executive coaching to entrepreneurs, develop non-profit fundraising strategies and create motivational talks has never waned. I have the opportunity to fulfill my passion in life on a daily basis because of The GEC.

We serve large corporate clients through motivational speaking, corporate training and management coaching coming from a transformational perspective that is global in scale. For small to medium sized companies, we focus upon increasing revenue and sales seminars. For sole-preneurs we have an Executive Coaching Program that will take individuals who are serious about business growth and personal development. We are unique since our company is founded in South Africa and became so successful that we were able to move our headquarters to Colorado.
