I come to you in full faith that you have all the answers you need within you. I’m simply here to guide you through a process that will help you to honor your own uniqueness as the very foundation upon which you show up in all areas of life, because it’s from this place that you will feel truly at home in the world.

I’ve played a variety of roles in my life, many of which have brought tremendous depth of satisfaction because they’ve emanated from who I truly am … but some of them have not. And what I’ve found is that each time I’ve strayed from my true nature, my nervous system has forced me to stop everything and take time out, because living in such a way creates tremendous stress on the mind/body and is simply not sustainable.

In every instance I’ve risen from the ashes, the wiser for the experience and pretty darned sure I had figured out the problem. What I didn’t understand until more recently is that there’s nothing about being true to myself that requires figuring out. My magic is built right into my motherboard. I’ve just got to believe it’s ok to be who I am.

It’s so darned easy to feel like we’ve got to be something/someone different or better than who we are because our environment celebrates uniformity and encourages us to do our best to fit in. And goodness knows, we want to please those closest to us, so we find ourselves shapeshifting in order to feel loved and accepted.

The problem is, we’ll never adjust to anyone else’s mold because each of us has been created to fit only our own. Such is the grand design because we each have a purpose to fulfill for the betterment of the world, and this seemingly massive undertaking comes down to simply following our own natural inclinations.

What’s more? It’s never, ever too late to reconnect with our true nature, and boy howdy does life ever change for the better when we finally do!

A bit of history …

I’ve enjoyed working exclusively with women for the past 13 years, beginning with owning/operating Serenity Wellness for Women in San Mateo, CA, from 2009 to 2016, where I provided holistic therapies, as well as health and life coaching.

I then went on to build and operate Collective in Sebastopol, CA, a teaching venue for women entrepreneurs, as I myself have a serious entrepreneurial bent.

I also have a huge heart for writing, editing and publishing and have woven these skills into my entire professional life.

And—oh, yes—I was indeed a court stenographer for 18 years, beginning in my twenties.

As a coach, I operate under a prevailing paradigm that our desires (the things we want to experience) are keys that unlock our greatest potential and our highest level of service in the world. As such, I will focus with you on what it is you're wanting to experience in your life at this time.

For some of you this may not be clear at all right now. Not to worry—unveiling your desires is part of the process. Your only job is to show up honestly and willing to participate. There's no way you can get this wrong.
