Our roots (foundation) hold the values and beliefs that have shaped us into who we are today. Most of the time, our roots (foundation) are what we are tripping over today to work towards what we want to do and who we want to be.

What do you love most about your job?
People interest me and I enjoy hearing their story and about the deep roots of their past and how they came to be who they are now. I have always had a gift to see the true person within and what they are capable of being and doing. Besides helping them heal and release the things that have held them back, my biggest love is to watch them realize and grow into the person that they were meant to be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was confined in my past career with rules and regulations that hindered me from truly helping people realize their potential. I was unable to help with more personal issues and that inspired me to go out on my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
I shift my clients to positive change by allowing them to work with the past events that have been holding them back today. They are given an opportunity to have a voice when they didn't have one, reframe and sometimes rewrite events and be able to heal rather than putting on a bandage. I am a firm believer in affirmations, but affirmations are for solidifying the work, not covering up the problem.

Absolutely! All of my online coaching is done through Zoom or over the phone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Social distancing, sanitizer, masks - following the guidelines of the city. Offer online options. Other things will be put in place as required.

Our mastermind groups focus on strengthening your foundation as a business owner. We do this through increasing business knowledge, role play, personal and professional development.
Mastermind groups meet twice a month and are 6 to 12 months in length.
