We had a gas line installed since we planned to purchase a gas stove for our long overdue kitchen remodel. We had a blizzard preventing Doug from coming on his scheduled day to do service and maintenance on two of our gas fireplaces. He came the day after Thanksgiving on his day off to take care of us.
