Chuck & I just had the BEST brews (Regular Pale Ale, Blood Orange Saison, & Thai IPA) AND the BEST YUMMY, DELICIOUS food from The French Twist Food Truck (Salad Lyonnaise with Duck Confit & Seared Asparagus with tomato, fondue, pancetta & brie & complimentary Pommes Gaufrettes from Michael and Lori)! Wow. Where can you get a dozen (or more) tasty escargot along side of meaty chunks of ham, accompanied by roasted garlic cloves on a bed of fresh spinach with colorful ratatouille sprinkled about -- all for $7?! Délicieux!

Great service, and absolutely wonderful food! There were about 20 of us at a brewery and every single one of us found something to enjoy. If you want a caterer that provides a warm, personable experience with exceptional cooking and hospitality, the French Twist is for you. Michael, Lori and Max catered our post wedding Sunday brunch for 90 people and what an incredible hit they were! In addition to running an amazing food truck, Michael and family's warmth and hospitality added to the experience for our guests. They were willing to adjust the menu to meet dietary restrictions which enabled our guests to order whatever they wanted and however much food they desired while setting up a catering arrangement that made it really easy for us to manage. Nothing compares to their fresh, yummy food hot off the grill and their duck confit is exceptionally good. They catered the event of our size with ease and had helped set up platters of scones, fruits and other goodies that people could enjoy while they waited for their food. By the end of our Sunday event I felt like Michael, Lori and Max were like part of our family. It took us a while to get used to Michael’s informal arrangements, however, once we figured out that Michael and Lori are the type of people where a handshake is as good as their word, we were a lot less stressed. The French Twist Food Truck catered our post-wedding out-of-towner dinner. Our goal was to give our guests an experience to remember, and French Twist did not disappoint. Michael and Lori have a passion for both food and people, and provided excellent customer service. They walked us through their menu (complete with tasting) and excited us with their "can do" attitude. Michael was great about communicating the details up until the day of, and was even able to take special requests (we had one of the tastiest creme brulees I've ever eaten). Everyone should make it a point to come out and taste their frog legs, duck confit, and salmon madame.
