How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
It involves a three step process. First we sit down and discuss goals, priorities and motivations. Then we conduct a comprehensive movement assessment to see what the physical abilities are. Lastly we discuss the prescription for exercise, nutrition and behavior lifestyle based on goals, assessment, and resources available.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Sleep, water, sunlight, chew your food and move everyday consistently for a long period of time.

The relationships I build with my clients and watching them grow and enjoy their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Your greatest wealth is your time and your freedom and coaching gives me full control of my schedule. I love helping people and I knew I could have the most impact by doing it on my terms.
