What do you love most about your job?
Helping people discover their dream career and franchise. As a veteran of the US Army I know the importance of overcoming challenges and fighting through to achieve your dreams and we at the Franchise Dream can do that for you.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Realizing that my entrepreneur experiences both ups/downs could be helpful for others considering owning their business.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a former executive in Corporate America for more than two decades, I know what it's like to work in corporate settings & owning a successful pediatric therapy business in Chicago for more than 15 years. These experiences and more have afforded me the opportunity to provide career coaching services.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
All of our services are online as we work with client across the U.S. and Canada via zoom and phone meetings. Our services are not fee intensive and we accept most credit/debit card monthly payments up to 6 months. The client can decide how long or short they would like to continue in our program.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work with clients through the internet via online, phone and zoom meetings so, we did not have to make many changes at all.

HOW I DO IT:
By getting to know and understand my clients on a personal level, I am able to find the right franchise opportunity and assist with a step by step process to ensure my clients are supported the entire way through.

Career Coaching
Career coaching supports leaders in achieving the results that are important to his or her personal success and the long-term success of his or her organization. We provide career coaching in 10 distinct areas, interviewing techniques, working with recruiters, salary negotiations, goal setting, job search, self improvement, self reflection and so much more...
I assume that my client is the expert on his or her own career. My role as a coach is to draw out the client’s expertise through inquiry, curiosity, and gentle challenges. I help the client to stretch into his or her best self. To do that, I introduce self-observation exercises and behavioral practices. I am attentive to my client’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual state. I help the client to focus on his or her presence and behaviors.
My role as a coach is distinct from consulting, advising, therapy, or counseling. However, coaching does address personal issues or life conditions that impact a client’s professional effectiveness.
