I began training in Shaolin Kung Fu with the Chinese Shaolin Center, Norcross at age sixteen. I have since obtained my 3rd degree black belt in Kung Fu and 3rd degree black sash in Tai Chi, and became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2015.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I utilize my experience as a martial artist and my training as a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer to generate unique, fun, and all-encompassing routines to get my clients and students into shape!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Finding an exercise you enjoy doing and making a habit out of it.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching people reach their goals! It's incredible to see students use their motivation to achieve things they may have once thought impossible. I love facilitating that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have wanted to open a martial arts and fitness school since I was 17. I was amazed by the changes to my psyche and energy levels by practicing Kung Fu, and want to share that with others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a unique training history in Kung Fu and am also educated in modern exercise techniques. I will introduce you to ways of working out based in exercise science that you might not be familiar with, and have been very effecitve for me and my students across my life.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I'd be willing to provide remote services, but there is no substitute of training in person, particularly when it comes to martial arts!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We currently train everyone outside! I am also vaccinated via Pfizer for Covid-19.
Personal Training
I charge $50/session for personal training, which also gives you access to heavily discounted martial arts and yoga classes! I will train you to meet your specific goals, and help you develop an exercise plan that works for you.
Kung Fu and Fitness Classes
For $75 a month, I offer Kung Fu and Fitness classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7PM, and Sundays from 10-11:30AM. We do 30 mins of fitness conditioning, followed by 30 mins of martial arts training, and conclude with a short meditation and flexibility routine.
