Fun workout, great environment and the workouts change daily. This is a great place to come whether this is your first workout or if you’re a seasoned Bootcamper. There is stretching before and after. I feel like I get a maximum burn without the fear of injury. This place has something special. I can’t wait for the goal smashing of 2020. More...

The Foundation is not a gym, it is a family. No judgement. The trainers really hone in on your capabilities and work off of that. They push you when you need it. Best place to get your sweat on. Lawrence is top notch! More...

I love the foundation!!! This bootcamp delivers great workouts that always makes sure to challenge you! I never thought that a bootcamp style workout would be something that I would want to commit to. The trainers make sure to keep you motivated while still pushing you to meet your fitness goals. I have tried many other group setting workouts and The Foundation is by far my favorite. I can easily become bored with a repetitive workout routine and lose interest in going to the gym all together. But The Foundation does a great job with mixing up the workout routine. I have done mainly running, aerobic step classes, and yoga most of my life.  Bootcamp was definitely out of my comfort zone, but after coming to several classes with a friend, I have been won over to it.  It is great because the workouts are always new and challenging.  The trainers at Foundation Fitness and Therapy Center are supportive, encouraging, and instructive-no matter what your level is.  I went from coming once a week to three times per week-which is amazing to me considering how tired and sore I was after the first couple workouts.  There is a definite "family" type feeling here where the trainers take the time to learn everyone's name and you feel like part of a team by the end of the workout. If you are looking for a great trainer Laurence Hunt is that person. I can't recommend him highly enough. I have been working with him for months now and can honestly say he is the best. He works you hard, pushes you to go a little further than you think you're capable of but at the same time is very aware of your limits and doesn't force you to the breaking point. I have seen my body change like never before since training with Laurence and I have never felt better. He knows his stuff and is also a wonderful, kind and patient trainer. Awesome bootcamp! Great workout and challenging but fun! I used to go to YMCA and do body pump classes and while I love that l atmosphere and everyone there, I didn't see much actual progress after a while. With these workouts they're different every single class (as opposed to the same thing over and over) and I get sore in places I didn't even know I had muscle!! I'm not the fittest girl on earth, but I'm getting there! The community is also great! Everyone is so friendly and there people from all walks of life and in all stages of fitness. Simply put, The Foundation is a place where fitness goes down! I have done various types of workouts throughout the years and have NEVER pushed myself as hard as I do here and that is in direct correlation with the trainers, particularly Laurence and his ability to draw things out of you you did not think were possible. With their positive corrections on form and function of a workout, to their encouragement of your ability to actually do the challenging formats they so meticulously put together ensuring you get the maximum amount out of your time there, it's always a guaranteed "burner" as Laurence likes to say. I literally have never done the exact same workout twice and I have been going for eight months! You push your limits while gaining strength and endurance all in a fun motivating atmosphere and you will never plateau because there's always a way to make what you are doing harder. This is a challenging yet doable workout! There's all walks of life that come to workout anywhere from 20-70 years old. The coaches are amazing and really push you to do your best! They also make sure your techniques are correct during the workout to prevent injury and modify workouts for you if you need it! It's a go at your own pace, but push yourself kinda boot camp. I was invited from my Herbalife family... Loved it... I have bad knees so i had to modify certain exercises which is great for me. ..Lots of gyms don't have that to offer.. This one did! Plus the Coach is amazing and helpful... I have to say this was probably the cleanest gym I have ever seen in my life! Which is a plus... No dust, equipment up to date and clean, clean, clean... Loved it! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to make that first step back into the gym or looking for something new....

Brian is a life long military service member and experienced trainer who guides you through a workout at a pace you can handle but still challenges you to perform at the highest possible level. Hubby and I love this gym. We both finally feel like we have found what will work for us after years of trying different gyms. Including home equipment. We're trying to stay away from the scale for a while but both of us see our bodies changing and we're getting stronger after only a few weeks. Bryan is awesome. He's so motivating and keeps it fun. There is nothing like this in the Yucaipa, Redlands, Calimesa area. You cannot walk into a gym and get this sort of work out in an hour! So glad I have found this place. If think you can't afford the monthly fee, ask yourself---- can you afford diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease Could you skip a few meals going out and instead INVEST in yourself? Nothing ventured, nothing gained! Do yourself a favor and just try the class once. Brian is very encouraging and the atmosphere is awesome! I seriously struggled trying to find a workout regimen that worked for me. Gym workouts were boring and I would often lose interest. Barracks Bootcamp was the solution to my problem. The workouts are different everyday and ensure that you get the maximum out of every one hour session. Bryan is great about encouraging you to push yourself, but also takes the time to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I have been an exercise fanatic for years doing both cardio and weight lifting.  I love that at The  Barracks in one hour I accomplish what used to take multiple hours in the gym.  I feel strong and love the benefits.  I also like the fact I don't have to think about my workout as Bryan Masterminds it all.  More important than all of this I have always wanted my husband to workout with me and over all the years  he just has never stuck with anything.  The Barracks has changed that!  He loves it and comes regularly and I love the changes I am seeing in his body and health. I had a gym membership to the standard 24 hours/LA Fitness for years but I am one of those that get bored doing machines, weights, and cardio. The Barracks Boot Camp was honestly the best place to get a killer workout. At the end of each session I walk out dripping in sweat and feeling great! The gym and the equipment is super clean. After years of not working out, by week two i felt my endurance and strength increase. Let me start off by saying, I started this bootcamp after over 3 years of not exercising, so if I can do it and get through those first few weeks, anyone can! I came into this not knowing what to expect. Never doing a bootcamp style class I was extremely nervous! Not going to lie, it's hard work and Bryan will push you to keep going even after you think you've exhausted all of the energy you have, but it's so worth it! I've been at it for 4 months now and despite great results, weight and inches wise, I've gotten stronger, built more endurance, and have learned to push myself further than I ever thought possible. Not only have I seen results physically, it's done amazing things for me mentally as well. I've belonged to every gym and have tried every type of workout but always get bored. This is the first time that I haven't gotten bored and can actually go in to a class and enjoy going! You never have the same workout, EVER! It changes every day! The members are all so supportive and welcoming as well. The owner is so extremely motivating and encouraging! He is extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all of his members. Cant do an exercise? He will modify any exercise for you, if you need it. Most importantly he will push you past your limits after you think you have reached your limit! I can sit here and write this review and say without a doubt in my mind, that if you want a challenge, in a friendly atmosphere, with support every day, then you need to give this place a try. AWSOME gym with a knowledgable and motivational trainer! The classes are based on the individual needs of each person so you can workout at your level.  Bryan has well over 20 years of fitness experience and to top it off he is a Veteran of the USMC and still active in the Army reserve!  This gym is a tremendous place to get fit and stay fit!  In 3 short months I've gained strength and stamina.  Every day the workout is new and interesting with cardio and strength training incorporated into each workout.   Super place and super tainer!
