I'm a Certified Health Coach (Winner Of IIN Health Coach Of The Year Award), & Japanese Reiki Master Teacher of 20 years. I studied with 2 of Takata’s 22 Masters at the top of the reiki lineage, and teach traditional Eastern and Western techniques, and have worked in hospitals, yoga studios, clinics, and home settings on both humans and animals!
I have also taught reiki workshops around the world for Levels 1, 2, 3a, 3b & held weekly meditation classes. Prior this I worked as a Beauty Therapist & Massage Therapist and managed a beauty salon.

You can book an online Zoom, or physical session with me if you are near West Hollywood / Los Angeles.

Typically my sessions begin with crystal singing bowls to really allow you to go into alpha and deeper states, followed by hands on reiki. Of course we can tailor your session as you feel best for you. I also offer a ceremonial cacao shot after your session! Which has many additional benefits.

Because I'm a health coach we can delve into diet and changes you may like to make, since whole body health involves many aspects! I am here to assist you in finding your best you!

The Food For Beauty is another aspect of what I do, which is to help people heal through cleansing with organic plant based whole foods.

Every month I take groups of people through a program called the 30-Day Transformation, Gut Reset.
