I have tried many, many times to "design" my home myself since it is so easy, right? I just couldn't get the feeling or flow that worked, it was just awkward, and sort of an unfinished feel. I hired Eduardo the owner of the Enhanced home and it was magical. All the things that I kept purchasing to "fix" what wasn't working in my home was put to use in totally different spaces. Tea pots, pillows, mirrors, sectionals, televisions, paintings, carpets were all rearranged for a better flow and balance, it was so amazing! Eduardo is incredible!  His eye for detail, his creativity, and his ability to hold an entire houseful of furniture in his head and reshuffle the pieces and art to make your home radiant are just the beginning of the talents he brings to his projects. I had seen and appreciated his finished work before, but it wan't until I saw a beautiful home both before and after he worked his magic that I appreciated how important his insight could be.  We bought that house, because his work helped us see the house in a new way.  I knew then that I had to have his help us prepare our current home for sale.And after he helped us prepare - and reshuffled our furnishings  - I was even more amazed by the transformation than I had anticipated.  His subtle but important changes added up to a beautifully open and unified whole. This is the first review I've ever written for anything in my life - and that's because this is the first time I've experienced such over-the-top service from a company. I reached out to Eduardo based on his Yelp reviews, he called me back within a few hours, and was at my condo for a consult the very next day. Right off the bat you realize that Eduardo is one of the most personable people you'll ever work with. As we continued through the process I discovered that he's also incredibly passionate, creative, attentive, and definitely won't stop until he's fulfilled the absolute best vision for his clients' tastes. He helped me break out of my "Room & Board" cookie cutter mold and put together something truly unique. All-told Eduardo had my place painted beautifully, fully furnished in a very modern and unique style, helped me pick a half dozen pieces of art -- and then believe it or not actually came to my place to hang it so I didn't mess anything up! The enhanced home did some consulting for our recent restaurant remodel. Eduardo didn't only have great ideas but he was able to explain to us the design concepts and reasons for his suggestions. This kind of generosity and patience can be hard to find in an often cut throat business to business world. After working with with us I started following his social media and I have to say that I can't wait to put some real estate on the market for him to stage! I was determined NOT to have our west bellevue house staged as I didn't want it to look like every other cookie cutter house that these local realtors represent.  I chose a Seattle realtor and she introduced us to Eduardo.  He styled our house using our things and brought in only a few additional pieces.  It was amazing to see his creativity in play.  He's a genius at this.  Our photos looked amazing.  We sold our house very fast and over list.  I give him and his team a lot of credit for this.  We will use him in our new home! Eduardo helped us stage our home for sale.  I've never believed in staging before, but I do now!  He blended his contemporary furnishings with our much older things to give our home a wonderful new look.  It still felt like my home, but was much more beautiful AND more practical in terms of flow and conversation groupings of furniture. His colleagues were also great. Everyone on his team arrived promptly, worked hard, and Eduardo stayed until every detail was perfect. Amazing. The first time I hired Eduardo I came home and could not stop smiling. My girlfriend and I had moved in together. She had a collection of more modern furniture. Mine was totally different. Eduardo spent the day carefully moving both furniture and art with a small team of people at my townhouse. When I came home that afternoon it felt like I had walked into a beautiful new home. He made my home feel like I had gone out and spent tens of thousands on new furniture but it was the same things moved into new places. A table that I had felt certainly belonged in one place was now in a new room. My large, clunky couch had been moved but was still in use. Art was re-arranged. I felt like it was a new house and I loved it. As I walked into each room it was like I was discovering a new home all over again.

In the fall of 2013 Erica and I got married and bought a house together. We had another great experience with Eduardo. He is an incredible stylist and now I don't even purchase furniture without talking to him first. He saves me time and money because I don't purchase the wrong pieces. I bought a mid century home a year ago.  My previous home was a 1930s brick tudor with all original charm...so moving to a different style has been hard.  Eduardo came to my house and made suggestions that I was not so sure about because this style is not familiar to me.  However, we trusted Eduardo to no end and did everything he told us to:  remove dining hanging light and install cans in dining to match living; remove tile entry and match hardwoods to door; change façade of fireplace to mix of small glass & stone tiles and get rid of bench;  take façade to the floor and tile around fireplace to make flush with hardwoods; paint vanity a bright teal green (yikes!) so that it looks like its own piece of furniture.  Teal you ask?  I did too!   Because the entire bathroom is tiled in the same color-it's amazingly bright!  it looks fantastic!!!  At this point I just do what Eduardo says and will definitely be using him when I get my basement finished in the next few months!  Thanks Eduardo. Eduardo was a gem! He came into our home and created such a beautiful setting that we were not sure we wanted to move! The best news, is that he used our own furniture and we just paid for two paintings that were perfect for our house. We received an offer immediately and then multiple offers came through. I highly believe that the presentation made a huge difference.
In addition to his skill, he was very respectful and aware that there was a family living in the home with three children and a dog. He made sure he was available but was never overbearing or intrusive.

There really aren't words for the talent that Eduardo displays and the magic he can create in a space. I have now used Eduardo 3 times. First, in my suburban home as it was preparing to sell. Eduardo's styling made it show beautifully and it closed quickly. Next, from the suburbs I moved into the city and I wanted a warm yet modern style to compliment my new in-city condo. Eduardo moved seamlessly from my more Northwest style into helping me create the perfect eclectic modern space using most of what I already owned.
Finally, when my company relocated me from Seattle to Chicago, my total confidence in Eduardo and my desire to have the same inspired results required that I bring him to the windy city to help me set-up home there as well. Eduardo is amazing! We recently contacted Eduardo when we were getting our house ready to go on the market. We had removed a fair amount of furniture at our agent's suggestion and things were looking terrible--like someone had abandoned the place and not taken all their furniture. Using only our belongings, Eduardo transformed each room into a warm, open, inviting space. Gorgeous! Within days we received an all cash offer with a quick close. There is no doubt that Eduardo's ability to make our home feel both spacious and warm, chic yet cozy played a big roll in this great outcome. Eduardo recently helped us get our home ready to sell.  I wish we had met him when we first bought our house!  He is incredibly talented and has an amazing ability to create beautiful, deeply personal spaces throughout a home.  Rather than feeling "staged", our house feels more like "us" than it ever did before. The clutter is gone. What is left -- is us. The best part was working with Eduardo himself. He is a deliberate, highly creative craftsman who very quickly put our family at ease through an emotionally charged process.
