I help people love their empty nest lives once the kids are grown and flown. I work with clients 1:1 for 6 months and we will use my 3-Step process which includes getting a handle on what's happening in your head and heart, learning who you are now that you're not parenting 24/7, and discovering what you'll do with the rest of your life -- it's your time to shine.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to co-create breakthroughs in client's lives is the best part about being a life and career coach. Watching each clients' individual journey and progress gives me great joy and satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a 30 year career in education, I wanted to have a greater impact on people's lives and starting my career as a life and career coach was the logical next step in my own personal journey.

I am patience, understanding, and empathetic while also holding my clients accountable and pushing them to be curious about the thoughts and feelings holding them back in life.
