I had the delightful experience of knowing Margie Leist from the Durango Chef as part of a glow rich masthermind course I offered for women entrepreneurs. Margie consistently brought delicious food to our meetings. She graciously offered her talents to cater a fund raising program to assist developmentally disabled kids and adults to thrive through the Spark Dance Program.
What I would say about Margie is that she brings her soul to her food. Each taste reminds me of love infused into food, which is a tremendous gift. She also imbues her food with joy, and each mouthful attests to that.
