We had the privilege of hosting our wedding afterparty at the Dirty Monkey. My husband and I worked with Melanie and she the sweetest ever. We explained to her our exceptions and she stated all can be accommodated. When we arrived to Maui, Melanie text me to confirm our Afterparty. I let her know we will definitely be in attendance. The evening of our wedding I text her to inform that we might arrive earlier than planned but in fact we arrived at our scheduled time. Our guest did not know what to expect because we did not provide any details. I asked for them all to wear white and they definitely presented well. My husband and I are not into the club scene but this was something we had to do so our guest can remember Maui. We arrived to the Dirty Monkey and Melanie was at the door. She and I had never met but the greeting from her was as if we’ve known each other for years. All 11 of our guest walked in pumped because the DJ was playing the hits. They had tables reserved for our party and the Dj even shouted out congratulations to my husband and I. The establishment was clean, the service was awesome, the drinks were lit, and the music was banging. My aunt is in her 50’s and was skeptical about the crowd being to young for her but in the end she had an amazing time. Our guest are still talking about the fun they had at the Dirty Monkey. If you’re ever in Lahaina, you must visit the Dirty Monkey for a fun night out of any age. Tell’em Tonja and Art sent you. Mahalo More...
