The Digital Detective was super helpful when my laptop had a virus. Cullen helped clear that as well as help me pick out a good software protection application and explained to me everything that was wrong in an easy to understand way for someone who is not tech-savvy. My laptop battery was AWFUL and he helped prolong its life for the time being and also found out that the battery had a recall and told me step-by-step what I needed to do to get a new one. When I finally bought myself a new laptop I went to The Digital Detective again to help me transfer all of my important documents from the old to the new and it was done so quickly! He is polite and patient, he is efficient and reliable, his pricing is fair and honest. I very much doubt any other provider's level of expertise, standard and range of services, ability to explain in an easy to understand way would surpass his. Cullen, THE DIGITAL DETECTIVE, is a rare find in the computer tech services field. He combines amazing expertise with the ability to explain and communicate to the less knowledgeable in a caring and genuine manner. He has made a half dozen trips to my home to work on both mine and my wife's computers, I-Pads, and smart phones. There has never been an issue he could not correct. Unlike so many other computer repair techs, Cullen works very quickly, tells you exactly what he is doing, and even often asks for your input where options are available. He never sits there and waits for downloads at your expense. And his fees are the most reasonable I have experienced in the 12 years we have lived in Sarasota. Beyond his superior technical talents, Cullen is an amazing young family man whose maturity and empathy far exceed his years. I have never felt so trusting and comfortable with any other computer specialist. He has blended unquestionable competency with the "bedside manner" of your most trusted and caring doctor.
