What do you love most about your job?
I've always thrived in the role of the unseen catalyst, empowering others from behind the scenes. It truly energizes me to support emerging leaders, especially those stepping into new roles or finding their leadership voice. Over the years, I've had the privilege of coaching accomplished leaders from diverse sectors like software, gaming, and medical devices. The common thread? A need to refine their communication styles to truly excel as leaders. For these talented individuals, raw ambition wasn't the sole key; effective communication became essential to realizing their leadership and mentoring aspirations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I take pride in crafting my schedule and workspace, ensuring I bring nothing but my A-game to my clients.

Absolutely, I come equipped with a top-tier camera and audio gear for every session, and if you'd like, I can provide recordings. I'm adaptable across all major video conferencing platforms, be it Zoom, Teams, or WebEx. And if the situation calls for it, I'm open to onsite engagements or face-to-face meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I offer my services exclusively online and remote with an occasional in-person meeting. I am fully vaccinated and am willing to wear a mask if an in-person visit is requested.
