Ive coached hundreds of clients for the past decade in person. I was the top Fitness Manager in the region for 24hour fitness for 2 years where I coached a full team of trainers on how to work with clients. I have multiple nationally accredited certs with the NASM and CPPS.

Working with Jon, he gave me the confidence I never knew I had. He’s also very knowledgeable in every aspect of our training, wether it’s nutrition or lifting, Jon explains what or why we’re doing a movement or how nutrition comes into play. Ive worked with clients very closely on a daily and weekly basis. I use the Trainerize app(free for mobile), where both myself and my client can communicate and streamline their entire workout programs, nutrition plan, and cardio regimine.

There is no secret. You need to work with someone who is passionate and educated about getting you to your goal.

Fitness changed and saved my life. Growing up with emotional and physical abuse, the gym was my therapy. I truly believe that working to help others see how great fitness is, is so rewarding.
