We are located near every major interstate for easy commuting. Here at The Den Fitness we pride yourself on being there when you need us. Small family own business and we treat everyone as family.

The trainer BrianOneManArmy is awesome. I've been training with him for some time now. The gym however seems like it could use a little maintenance on the machines. The equipments very dated. For the one on one personal training experience this locations great because theres usually no one in there. He makes the gym a 5 and for that reason only I would reccomend it. More...
