I'm a more "natural" kind of gal, I tried airbrush makeup for the first time with Misty and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! My appointment was at 8 AM and it lasted ALL NIGHT! Misty is amazing!! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and did a fantastic job. She listened to everything I asked for and did it flawlessly. She was so personable and I felt so relaxed. My wedding was an early morning one and she even met me at 3:30 am to do all of my ladies hair and makeup as well as mine. She is very reasonable pricing wise as well. She is so personable that she went and helped my maid of honor pick out products for an event that she was doing. Where do I even start?!?! I've known Misty aka The Dallas Makeup Team from my competition days doing fitness shows. One thing that stuck out to me about her was her attention to detail and just the ability to make me feel at ease (Show day tends to be very nerve racking). When I got married, it was so last minute. I planned my wedding in just three weeks. I called Misty and she was willing to work with me, no hesitation. She would drive almost an hr to the location, get there before me to set everything up, and greeted me. Let me tell you, as I'm sure most of you know, but the day of my wedding I got hit with all kinds of nerves and emotions. Misty kept my mind off it with her kindness and conversation. Again, her attention to detail blew me away. I can not even tell you how many compliments I got on my makeup at the wedding and reception!!! Not only did she help with my hair and makeup, but she helped my bridesmaids help me put my dress on and helped with so much more. She even walked with me to right before the doors opened where I walked down the aisle to my husband to make sure no hair was out of place and no mascara was smeared from me crying! Misty and her team are beyond amazing! I first met Misty when I did hair for a friend’s wedding. I’m a hairstylist, and have seen and worked with several great make-up artists, but I fell in love with her and her team’s work and fun spirit! I have never loved airbrush make-up, but they way they contour with it, is gorgeous! When I asked her to do my wedding, I had total confidence she would do an outstanding job, and they did! Misty is just the best! She was so great to work with leading up to my wedding, and was even more wonderful day-of! Her partner Nancy was also fantastic. They were efficient, fun, professional and kind. I hadn't met them in person before the wedding day, as I didn't have time to do a trial, but I was right to have total confidence in their abilities!
