Falafel was deep fried (baked would have been better). Sandwich could have used some red onion. Lemons for iced tea would be a plus. Service was friendly and fast!

Great customer service and I'm hooked on the smoked mozzarella on panini bread.If you are near battlefield blvd stop by and check them out but they close at 3pm so don't get caught slipping and miss out on a great spot for lunch. The cutting edge cafe !!!!

I ordered a BLT sandwich with sweet potato fries as the side. I paid, took a number, and headed for the counter. My food came very quickly. The BLT was delicious. Instead of mayo, it came with roasted red pepper aioli. The sweet potato fries were perfectly fried, seasoned, and yummy. The only thing that would have made it better would be to serve it with some kind of sauce, sweet such as cinnamon sugar, or tangy with some garlic lime aioli. More...

Have eaten at this location on many occasions. Solid menu. Specials are priced right and very tasty. Worth trip just for wing night. Wait staff good and attentive. Main con would be noise. The Cutting Edge is one of those places that I might not have ever noticed due to it's location (I just don't go to that shopping area often), but once I found it, I made it a regular destination. Word of mouth is what tuned me in to this awesome place, and my friends are all right-it's so good. From the daily specials to the regular menu items, I have never been disappointed, ever. Not even slightly. I love the paninis, how perfectly crisp they get. The hummus and warm pita bread as a side would keep me happy on it's own. The salads are fresh, colorful, and have so much flavor. I got the chicken avocado club with a side of hummus, on my second visit, I got the chicken thigh special on potato bread with a side salad, and on my third visit, I got the wasabi braised beef sandwich with sweet potato fries. A friend brought me lunch from here. The Avocado Club was A-mazing!! If you aren't allergic to peanuts, I highly recommend trying their peanut thai dressing!! Will be making a visit soon!

We ate here again today, amazing fresh food and we will be back often! I did want to mention that the lady ringing us up and taking our order put her hand/ fingers inside of our water cup when giving it to us and I found it very disturbing especially after she was just handling money. The chicken thigh sandwich special that was offered today is one of the best meals I have ever eaten. It came with guacamole, pimento cheese and a delicious chipotle orange sauce, with a perfectly balanced mango chili fruit salad on the side. I randomly found this place one day, and can not say a bad word about it. I walked in to a SLAMMED kitchen crew and a line practically out the door. I was concerned with getting my food fast enough to make it back to work for lunch, but they made my food so quick and it was amazing. Not only did they have a vegan option that tastes good, the guy who was running the cash register was super nice and friendly (and let’s be honest, he was real cute, too.) We really enjoy this place! The creative talents really shine through in their dishes. The best Hummus I've had anywhere. The owners are very nice and down to earth . I was actually headed to Tropical Smoothie and decided to try Cutting Edge instead. I tried the Goat Cheese and Roasted Veggie Panini. The panini looked charred but it didn't taste burnt. The sandwich was delicious. They were out of sweet potato fries, so I opted for the hummus and pita. This was delicious too. The prices are decent. Their food is fresh and local grown.
