Jean and Dave were so so nice. The room was very clean and was adorable! Breakfast was very impressive....the rosemary potatoes and french toast were to die for. We cant wait to go back!

We hired the Cruisin' Chef for my daughter's wedding. I cannot give enough praise on how awesome not only the food was, but also for how great the entire staff was the entire night. Love this little place! It was SO clean and Jane and Dave were so nice! We had room #6 and it was awesome. Breakfast was wonderful. ..the french toast and potatoes (with rosemary) were to die for. 3 miles away from Soaring Eagle and just down the street from bars/restaurants, etc. We will for sure be back! That was possibly the best burger I've ever had.(trashcan burger) I'm extremely picky when it comes to food and I'm not a huge red meat fan to begin with, but I'll be back for more absolutely!

My husband and I stayed at the Ginkgo Tree Inn for two nights. We were in Mt. Pleasant to see a show at Soaring Eagle Casino. The Inn is beautiful. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfasts were delicious and the hostess very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was the very squeaky bed. It appears that the mattress was sitting on a piece of plywood which was held up by a wood frame. You couldn’t even move one bit without it squeaking. I woke up every time my husband moved and I’m sure it was the same for him when I moved. Of course I don’t know if every bed at the Inn is like this but that’s something to think about when booking a room. More...

What a beautiful, relaxing, and rewarding stay at the Ginkgo Tree Inn. Jean was warm and welcoming, and made me feel right at home, even though a flight delay caused me to arrive very late at night. The experience was exceptionally lovely from the first through the final moments.||||My room was fabulous in so many ways. I was delighted by all of the deluxe fixtures and furnishings, all meticulously clean and so easy to access. I especially loved the soft bedspread, which was so inviting. I also appreciated the in-room access to a backyard deck, as well as an in-room electric fireplace to add warmth and ambiance.||||I couldn't get over the incredible attention to detail throughout the property. Each piece of furniture was so thoughtfully selected and placed, which created a remarkably unified and invitational atmosphere. The lighting, the walls, the flooring, the scents-- all of the elements created such a rich ambiance.||||The wifi was strong and reliable throughout my stay (two nights), and the breakfast was healthy, beautiful, delicious, and cooked to order. This was exactly the warm respite I needed as a means to recharge after lots of demanding work. And Jean was tremendously friendly and engaging, radiating kindness and hospitality.||||I found myself wishing I lived nearer, to host my own family events in such a delightful setting! What a beautiful dinner catered for our daughter’s graduation open house!! Everything was so fresh and delicious! We had a pasta bar, with assorted salads. Alana is amazing; so professional and thorough!! Staff even lended a hand in my kitchen, as I was attempting to get local strawberries prepared for dessert (the dessert chosen for our menu was assorted homemade cookies, which were delicious). I first heard of the Ginkgo Tree Inn at my daughters freshman orientation. We did not stay here until her graduation. The owners are very welcoming and very accommodating. almost nothing to say except beautiful building, friendly staff, good wine list, on site bistro; we stayed in the small building next door which was really quirky, clean, and functional.
