My parents recently moved to Queen Creek from the east coast, and Mother's Day was upon us. We like to support local businesses everywhere we go, so we looked for local florists with good reviews. We came across yelp and google reviews for this business, so we called them after browsing their website. They assured us that would deliver flowers that same day, and they did. Susan is absolutely AMAZING at what she does! For my wedding this past weekend she was nothing but excellent! She even went out of her way to make an additional piece for my pergola just because she wanted it to look incredible, and it did! The flowers are fresh and beautiful and I couldn't be any happier with how they all looked! We had tons of flowers and she really delivered! She even called me days before the wedding to make sure I was okay with a substitution because she was unable to get in a certain flower. She personally shopped local flower shops and grocery stores to try and find it for me! Her communication with me was prompt and efficient. We attended a birthday here this past spring and the kids all made their own Fairy garden to take home. It was a very cute event with all kids of options for the kids to choose from for their garden and both my 3 year old day and 6 year old son had a great time here. I hosted my daughter's 6th birthday at the floral shop! We made fairy garden's. It was a beautiful shop and a perfect place to feel like a fairy in your own garden! We had had 11 girls and boys at our party from ages 3-13. Everyone that was at the party created their very own fairy garden. The figurines and decorations are extremely cute and make this garden so much fun to create. Susan the shop owner is easy to communicate with she is present and help facilitate the party. The plants in the garden are easy to keep Alice once you get the plant home and the garden is something my 6 year old plays with often. I've gone here on several occasions and I've had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman who in my opinion has a very artistic flower ability! He has always made me a quick bouquet, last minute. If you are thinking about sending someone some flowers and you are nervous please don't be nervous at all OR if you just feel like picking-up some flowers for someone "just because" or even for yourself this is the place to go. Trust me. The Cottage is awesome!! I had surgery last week and my parents (who live out of State) wanted to send me some flowers to make me feel better and help put a smile on my face and they wanted to find a flower shop near me that they could trust and of course they wanted to get their money's worth. They chose The Cottage because of all the wonderful reviews online and i agree 100%. My mom had to order the flowers over the phone (from Maryland) without even being able to see the person she was talking to or the flowers that she chose. She left the decision strictly up to the staff and she said that they were sooooo nice and caring and concerned!! When my mother passed away (1/22/2018), a friend from work sent a flower arrangement from "The Cottage at Queen Creek", which was delivered to my home. My family and I only use the cottage for all of our flower needs. The customer service is impeccable and the quality of the flowers are incredibly fresh and last longer than any other flowers I've purchased from anywhere else. If you want flowers that will last and leave a lasting positive impression, get your flowers from The Cottage. The time that it takes to have a phone order delivered is equally impressive. I typically call my orders in to have them delivered to my wife's work. Within an hour to an hour and a half I get a text from my wife with the picture of the bouquet.I could buy cheap flowers that require assembly and only last a day or two. I have worked with The Cottage at Queen Creek once before and I knew that they would be perfect to help with my wedding flowers. Working with Deb and Wendy was a real joy. They were so easy to talk with. I came with pictures of things that I wanted or liked and they helped create the perfect bridal bouquet from those photos. They were also able to create perfect bouquets for my bridesmaids, perfect boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen, and fathers, and the perfect pin on flowers for the mothers and grandmothers. If I could give The Cottage 10 stars, I would! This is one place in Queen Creek that I continue to be impressed by. The staff is out of this world, and the quaint little cottage is one of those places that you just *have* to stop by and visit from time to time. For my daughter's birthday, we stopped in and got her a few little trinkets for her fairy garden. She asks to go back at least once a week! Though, I will say, this is not a place you should take little ones because they will just get into everything and make you a nervous wreck. As long as they're at the age where they can look without touching, it's fine.I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary, and even though I had no idea what type of bouquet to get, The Cottage staff put together the PERFECT flower arrangement! We were both very impressed. Plus, they got me major brownie points with the wife so... FIVE STARS FOR SURE. ;)Our flower arrangements always last a good week or two, they're always super fresh, and just absolutely gorgeous.
