Sam Wise called us immediately after we put in our request for help with our website; especially the technical issues that had kept us from moving forward. He checked out our current website on the web builder and explained what we would have to pay to host our site on the current website builder. He walked us through everything, was patient and fun, and showed us an example of a site that we liked immediately. He gave us great insight into the hidden recurring costs with our present plan. In addition he helped us gain understanding about our hosting account which I was later able to simplify so it will be easier for us to manage.
