Really incredible customer service. Between ourselves and three neighbors, Jay with The Construction Guyz has spent hours helping us customize an estimate for all of our shared fences so everyone is happy. .. My neighbor recommended Jay The Construction Guyz for a fence replacement. Word of mouth is everything. His crew is EXCELLENT! They worked tirelessly to remove an old fence laden with old, heavy, ivy. They were friendly and took care in not stepping on my plants. The fence itself turned out beautifully...you don't see a lot of light in between the slats. This shows the care they took in board placement. We are very happy with the way the stucco resurfacing of our cinder block wall came out with the attention to detail of Gerardo and Trinidad (who have worked with The Construction Guyz for a long time). At first we weren't sure of the color we chose, but the stucco was reflecting different colors around it. After it fully dried, it was perfect.The daily clean up was very meticulous. This is an outstanding company. They are professional, meticulous, skilled, and stand behind their work. My wife wanted the front of our home to have pavers and the design was challenging, and they delivered above and beyond our expectations. They actually improved on the design while working on it. They painted our home and did an excellent job adding details we didn't even think about.Then, they laid concrete in our backyard so I could get around in my wheelchair. Jay and his crew installed a redwood fence with 3 gates and redid my concrete driveway and walkway. Both the fence and driveway crews were very easy to work with. A few weeks later one of the gates was having difficulty closing and jay sent someone out right away and it has been great since. Would definitely recommend. Absolutely blown away with Jay and his crew! We had an old wood deck that was ready to collapse any day now. The Construction Guyz were able to quickly design, quote, order materials, schedule the crew, demolish and install a new deck with everything we had planned with Jay so fast. This review of Jay's company and his crew will be just like all the other 5-star ratings. The are an excellent contractor. Jay was quick to respond with a bid, the scope of work was well defined and his estimate of when they'd be able to start was accurate.The crew was helpful, polite, respectful of our properties and they cleaned up each day.Quality of work is excellent. Great value, price was spot on for the level of craftsmanship. This is the 2nd time I have worked with Jay. He helped us repair a fence that had blown over in 2016. After getting a few estimates for the recent damage to our fence from the winds, I decided to go with Jay again. He had everything I was looking for, price, customer service and attentiveness to detail. He answered all my questions and was able to squeeze us in and get the fence and 2 gates replaced in 2 days. I highly recommend Jay and his team for your paver project. Jay came out a couple times to provide estimates for multiple paver layout designs. I didn't feel any pressure to commit, I had plenty of time to request quotes from multiple reliable contractors. After thoroughly reviewing all the bids, I decided to go with Jay, and boy was I glad I did. Shaun punctually delivered the paver samples and immediately ordered my pavers once I made a selection.
