I am in life coach who specializes in helping people overcome the effects of codependency in their life. I guide my clients to heal their hurts, hang-ups and habits. Many of those things keep them stuck and hold back goals and dreams!!
I am a life mastery consultant also trained to help guide people to create a life they would love to live.
My program runs anywhere from six months to a year. I prefer to work one on one In a personal experience with those I help.
I am a motivational speaker as well, hosting vision board workshops guiding people in creating the life they want to live.
