Over 20 Years
The Cleaning People RI originally started as a husband and wife team in 1999 and quickly grew organically via word of mouth due to its strong reputation. From there, they gradually outgrew their own capacity and started bringing on some of the best cleaners in the business to continue to grow. Today the business is professionally owned and operated and we are proud to say that we having been cleaning RI and nearby MA's finest homes and businesses for over 20 years. We offer a variety of commerocal and residential cleaning packages to meet all of your cleaning needs.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. We provide everything. We use all natural cleaning products that are safe for the environment, family and pets. We do occasionally use a chemical if a stronger cleaner is needed, but we are happy to customize our products around our customers preferences.
What do you love most about your job?
We love giving back. We treat our employees well as we believe happy employees create happy customers. We love being a silent extension of our clients homes, helping them focus on the things that matter most, while we give them a clean home where they can recharge and relax. And, we love giving back to the community by providing free cleaning services to patients undergoing cancer via our partnership with Cleaning for a Reason. We also support animal charities, food drives and toys for tots as part of our corporate social responsibility incentives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I founded the business around my passion for cleaning and organization and the peace it brings to people's lives.

We are the only one of the nominated companies that focus strictly on home cleaning services. We are trusted with over 150 properties throughout RI and nearby MA, and many of our customers have been with us for 10 years or more. We are pet friendly cleaners and both owners of the business have multiple pets in their homes. While some businesses focus strictly on Profits, we focus strictly on People from our employees, customers, family and community.
