I'd give 10 stars if I could! From the very first phone call with RoseMarie to the end of the cleaning day with Heidi, these ladies were amazing. They and a third helper cleaned a house that had been neglected for more than a year. This house had piles of papers, mountains of dishes, soiled linens and rugs, pet mess, dust and gunk, and bathrooms that looked like squatters used it. The estimate process was smooth and easy. The Cleaning Crew cleaned our rental in the City of Shasta Lake. They cleaned ceilings, walls, floors, cabinets, stove, refrigerator, this places was beyond dirty. The cabinets which I thought at a minimum would need to be painted looked like new ( inside too ). Walls that were mocha brown with cigarette smoke sparkled white again. Ceiling fans with I thought I would have to throw away looked like new. Inside the house smells like new again. I can’t say enough good. Rose Marie was super to work with, very detailed with her estimate. The actual crew Elizabeth, Kassidy and Heidi and one or two more, oh by goodness they worked their buns off, fantastic crew ( they need a little bonus for that job ).
