I've been using The Cleaning Authority of Plainfield for approximately 2+ years and I've been extremely happy with their service. Kerri and whoever she is teamed with always exceed my expectations, are friendly and professional. I have been with them fo almost nine years and what a blessing they have been. The service is well managed and very professional. I normally have a two person team (Team #1), that comes bi-weekly without fail. I get reminders by email/text. This week I had a three person team, Shieas, Karissa and Zachary. I don't always have the same members, but whoever comes they always do an outstanding job. I have never had an unsatisfactory clean or unpleasant experience. More...

Maria and Maria have been cleaning my home for 10 years.  I also used this company for the home I had 10 years before this one, so have had wonderful people cleaning and great support staff in the office.  The few minor problems that have occurred have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.  I really like their cleaning products but especially like the people involved. My cleaning team 3 has been cleaning for me approximately two years now. I highly recommend these girls, Kim and Calandra. I never have to worry about them doing a great job. Everything looks so cared for, they greet me with a smile, they both go above and beyond their job, and I can leave them cleaning and not worry about them doing an awesome job when I have an appointment. I love how the floors, mirror , and vacuum carpet makes me feel once I walk in the house. It has gotten to the point where I leave before or when they are cleaning just to experience a nice cleaned house when I walk in the door. I have them come twice a month and I look forward to having them clean my house . It is an honor to have them and we recommend them for employees of the month. I had massive surgery and Calandra actually checked to see how I was doing. Izabela and Virginia (Team 8) are a fantastic duo. My teenagers leave their dirty dishes in their room, despite being told otherwise. The team will collect them and place in the kitchen sink.
