General Office and Common Areas

Services Performed Each Visit...

• Empty waste containers and remove trash to the designated area (Client is responsible for
liners).
• Empty recycle containers and remove to the designated area.
• Clean and Sanitize door handles, light switches, desks, conference room tables and lockers.
• Clean entrance glass doors, removing fingerprints and smudges.
• Vacuum carpeted and floor areas.
• Dust and damp mop ceramic and resilient floor areas and spot clean to remove spills and stains.
• Return chairs, furniture, and waste containers to proper positions.
• Lock designated office doors upon completion.

Restroom Areas

Services Performed Each Visit...

• Restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and other supplies (Client is responsible for these toiletries/supplies).
• Empty trash containers and remove trash to the designated area (Client is responsible for liners).
• Vacuum or dust mop, wet mop and sanitize floor surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restroom sinks, counters, stall partitions and restroom fixtures including toilet bowls, toilet seats, and urinals.
• Clean glass and chrome.

Break Rooms/Kitchen Areas

Services Performed Each Visit...

• Damp wipe and sanitize tabletops, counters, and exteriors of cabinets.
• Empty trash containers and remove trash to the designated area (Client is responsible for
liners).
• Empty recycle containers and remove to the designated area (Client is responsible for breaking
down boxes).
• Vacuum floor areas.
• Vacuum and damp mop flooring to remove spills and stains.
• Clean and sanitize sinks.
• Wipe and sanitize the exterior of appliances.
• Damp wipe exterior and interior of microwave oven.

Plans are adjustable to meet customer needs and schedule.
