Beer is usually good and the food is good.....if they are not busy. When they get busy, the service really slows down and the food sits for too long in the kitchen. The staff is friendly and do their best, bit it can be slow on heavy night like Saturdays. If you go on a Saturday go before 5. After that and the wait gets longer...a lot longer. More...

This is such a cool place! The old church is beautiful with vaulted sealings and stained glass windows. They even have the old pews that they use for their booths. Beers were very good and the food we had was wonderful. We all left full and happy. A great place to visit while in Pittsburgh! More...

First of all it's a church brewery so the place is beautiful. The selection isnt overwhelming but they make accommodations and sugguestions quickly.

A truly unique experience. Some may find eating and drinking inside an old Catholic church to be strange and uncomfortable experience, but I find that it reminds me of a traditional German beer hall. Great selection of beers of various styles, both traditional and modern. Food is good but some of our dishes were much better than others. The chili lacked spice and the nontraditional pierogi tasted like ravioli (which may have been the point, not really sure). Otherwise, service was good and it's a family friendly environment. Always great food and a great selection of beer. There's a beautiful atmosphere with the stained glass and the brewery on display. I like the twist on classic meals with sustainable foods. It's not a cheap place to eat for the entrees, but I am a picky eater and have never had anything I didn't like from here. 15/10 would recommend. More...
