Chance is a super friendly Real Estate Agent. The staff as far as Vanessa and Stephanie, communicated well. I wished he had gave my son, and I just a tad bit more attention. Giving the fact we were in a UNIQUE situation. I realize we aren't his only customers. Would I recommend Chance, and The Chance Sells Team in a minute to anyone. Such good people. It always took me less than 20 minutes to get a response, even after hours. These folks are in business to do THIS. They don't mess around. We bought new and sold our house in less than 2 months. These are not amateurs working from home. They have people who are always communicating and making sure things are getting done. Follow their direction, they have done this hundreds of times (more than 70 last year alone). Don't mess around and try to get a million dollars for the house you love. Have Chance tell you what to do in order to prep, set a price that works and make it sell. Everyone makes the money they need. I cannot recommend this group more. The entire Chance Sells team is absolutely incredible. Not only did we meet them through a God-arranged encounter exactly when we needed them to purchase a house perfect for our needs at the time, they were there for us six years later to help us sell when our needs matured. They were very clear and concise throughout the process, insightful, persistent and thorough, as well. The listing was very professional and the property was represented well. Lynda Cook was a very big help and service in selling of my house in a short time, Only took her six days to get pictures and the selling of my house in a very short time, it was quite remarkable and hard to believe she had a buyer in just a few days, she is wonderful to work with and willing to go that extra mile for you, when I need to buy or sell a house she will always be the first person I will call.
