RZ Restaurants has been a staple of local restaurants in the Downtown Norfolk area starting in 2003 with 456 Fish. Over the years we have expanded to well known restaurants such as Leones Italian, Big Easy Oyster Bar, 219 Bistro, and the infamous Byrd & Baldwin Steakhouse. In early 2020, RZ Restaurants opened The Cellars, a private venue hosting its own dedicated bar, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. The Cellars has done a wide variety of celebrations: weddings, birthdays, proposals, rehearsal dinners, and wine dinners successfully and safely, offering the ultimate social distancing. The Cellars has the unique feature of being able to customize your menu as much or as a little to best suite your vision. We offer the joy of the Cellars at your next event, for your catering needs, available for pick up or delivery.
