They added nuts to my cake. All caps and highlighted on ticket "NO NUTS." Fast forward to singing Happy Birthday and cutting the cake for my family that cost over 30 dollars and fits on a dinner plate. .. FULL of NUTS. Call to let them know and they gave a fat attitude about making a special batter. Nut allergies are deadly. If you can't handle the request, don't allow people to prepay for something you refuse to make!! One out of Five stars, only because they younger teenagers hired for up front are always friendly. I come here anytime I’m planning a special occasion (work and family). I’ve ordered several custom cakes and they’re always so beautiful and delicious. Everyone always asks me where I get them from! The Cakery’s cakes are so moist and delicious. I ordered a custom cake and it was beautiful and delicious! I have “ sampled” their cookies, cupcakes , cake bombs and a chocolate cake with buttercream icing and a raspberry cream cake - - - fantastic. Ginger helped me so much this past Saturday! I had a cake done and it totally collapsed, a 3 tier cake. Wasn’t able to save the bottom but the other we did. They had an hour left till they closed and she stayed till almost 5 that day; they went above and beyond!!!!!!! They saved the top tiers for and redid the icing …. I was such a hot mess and they saved the day plus the party ! I cannot thank you all enough from the bottom of my heart All they did was fix the base coating and do the coloring on the outside and I decorated the details onto the cake but it is such a different cake and made my daughter whole day. I just walked up to the door at 5:02pm with the OPEN sign still on and a worker met me and another lady at the door. she asked if I havd a cake to pick up. I said no but I needed a couple of quick things that was already made. The worker said well we are closed. I work for Esther Price for over 23 years and we don't allow our employees to turn customers away like that. Our customers come first and we pay our employees the time it takes to wait on someone.
