After calling a few different bakeries for a custom cake I needed, by the calm yet welcoming and professional way I was spoken to over the phone I decided to use Katrina and I'm so happy I did. My order was on short notice but they perfected every single detail I asked for. The cake was EXACTLY like the one I wanted. A very clean job with attention to detail. I highly recommend this bakery. I needed a cake for my son who was turning 1 and found a photo on Pinterest of exactly what I wanted. It was a soccer ball cake with a cute little kid on the top in a soccer uniform. The cake was absolutely gorgeous and looked EXACTLY like the photo I had brought in. I was totally thrilled. Cannot express enough thanks to Katrinas Cake House. I recently ordered two cakes, rice crispy treats, cup cakes, chocolate dipped Oreos and cake pops for my two nieces baptism. We had Katrina's Cake House make our wedding cake in May 2019, and it was so delicious! We received many compliments from our guests and our engaged friends asking us for information as to where we got the cake! Katrina is AMAZING. I needed a cake for my coworker/friend's bday. I tried to order online, unsure if my order went through I called the store & explained what I was looking for via phone (should've started there). There was a price online and Katrina kindly explained that it was a certain type of promotion that I was not qualified for. That said, she was so kind & honored the price anyway! Wow. When the cake arrived I was blown away. So much larger & nicer than I was expecting! Needless to say we cut into the cake and holy freaking smokes... it was DELICIOUS. The Cake House is fantastic! This was my first time trying them. I ordered a birthday cake and it was delicious, moist, light, fluffy and beautiful -- what more can you want in a cake? The price was reasonable. Katrina was lovely to deal with. I also learned that if you want to try the various cakes, The Baker (a few doors down from The Cake House) sells them by-the-slice. This cake house is absolutely a diamond in the ruff! The decorator is an amazing artist that can create almost anything imaginable! I threw my cousin her baby shower and decided to go with a cake through the cake house!Let me tell you it was the absolute best decision!I have attached photos so you can see just how perfect the design is. Not only perfect but quality is just top notch! Now the taste of the cake... WOW everyone ate cake and wanted more, it was amazingly moist, and just unexplainably delicious! I've used The Cake House for my bridal shower and wedding. I went in to talk with Katy and just gave her an idea of what I want. Not only did she do that but she more to it. Not only it the cake look amazing but it tasted amazing too. I'm not a very sweets person but I just wanted more. I have a couple more occasions coming up and will be using The Came House for them. We've been getting our custom cakes from The CakeHouse for the last 2-3 years and they never disappoint! If anything it just gets better and better. They've done our anniversary cakes, birthday cakes and some holiday cakes over the last couple years. I think I've tried all their flavors by now but my favorites would be their chocolate and tiramisu..so good! Katrina is always extremely helpful and also has gone over and beyond on few occasions to personally hand deliver my cakes to our events when I couldn't make the drive out there to pick up myself. Not only do their cakes look great with amazing attention to detail but it also tastes amazing. Not too heavy, not too sweet. First time ordering I was unsure of flavors and which to go with and I was pleased to find out that with their custom cakes they offer cake tasting. My wife and I went and left even more confused since we truly enjoyed all of them. We went with mocha and our guests were just amazed at how amazing our cake looked and tasted. They don't just have great customer service but they have one of the best cakes I've ever tasted. I had my son's 17th birthday cake ordered from them and it didn't just look perfect but it tasted great too. It was filled with delicious custard not too sweet just perfect with chocolate and white cake layers. Their pricing is great too.
