BuzzCO is GREAT! As an employer and co-founder of a startup, I was looking for candidates with a specific set of requirements. Tracy was extremely friendly and professional and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about their team. I was incredibly impressed by their willingness to work within my constraints even though it didn't necessarily help them in the immediate term. Although The Buzz Company doesn't get as much work as some of the bigger agencies, they do a solid job of placing you into quality creative firms and usually pay a higher rate.
