Went to Bunganut Pig Saturday night to see a band. The show was great. We made reservations several weeks ahead to ensure we had a table and chairs. When we arrived we were told they did not have our reservation. The manager was rude and not very helpful. One of two servers made accommodations for us to sit to see the show. The service was great. The food is decent, so I have no complaints there. The atmosphere was pretty nice too. The only complaints I have are that there was a smell that kind of smelled like dirty water. It wasn't bad enough to run my meal, but I definitely could smell it from time to time. The other complaint is that the service was very slow. Maybe it's not always like this, but for my experience it just took way too long to get my food, and the waitress did not check on us very often. I ended up having to go find her myself in order to get the check. I will go back again in the future in hopes they were just having an off night with the service so this wasn't a deal breaker, but if the service is similar on my next visit I won't be returning. Hands down one of the best places I have ever eaten at. The vibe was super laid back and playing great music. We ordered fried pickles and boneless wings to start and holy crap were the fried pickles amazing. The pickles were cut thin and the breading was perfect. The wings were so good. Terrible service, no one waiting our table. Cheese curds were soggy. Pig Kahuna Burger was dry and tasteless. Needed teriyaki or BBQ sauce instead of a Mayo packet. Steak fries were dry and burnt. Just not a pleasant experience for the money. Won't be back! Sorry. More...

The food is decent bar food. The Monte Cristo is the best thing in the menu. Worst thing is they charge 3.8% credit charge on your bill! ! So my $150 check had about $5 added to it. Not a lot of money, but really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. More...

I have been coming to Bunganut for several years now...they have a great outdoor patio that is the only place I sit when I come. There's a gazebo for live music to play and a park setting for kids to play, while here. Pets are welcome outside, too. I always have to get the ribeye toast points as an app and it's so delicious. The burgers are really good, but the shepherds pie is for real.If it wasn't for the bathrooms, I'd give them a 5...just because the food and the divey atmosphere are that good. More...

While out caching, my sister and I headed this way. She had eaten here years ago, and the last time we tried it had not been open. This time, she order the Fish n Chips. Fish was very good and light; Chips were very good and apparently homemade! I had the blackened salmon entree with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli.... and forgot to ask for cheese on the broccoli. The waiter quickly whisked them away and came back with a nice covering. All three of my items were very good. Enjoyed each and every bite of the salmon! Serve was very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. I would not object to eating here again. We have been coming to this restaurant for a number of years, and we have been quite disappointed at the quality of service recently. This month, we came in around lunchtime, and were asked if we wanted to get started with drinks and ordered. It then took another 10-15mins for anyone to come back to the table (without the drinks that we ordered, mind you), even though the bartender and waitress were just standing at the bar chit chatting the whole time. We had to reorder our drinks, ordered food, and then the waitress had to come back to reconfirm our order. After asking for the check we waited at least another 10 mins and witnessed our waitress taking selfies of herself on the porch while waiting.
