Our Thanksgiving meal was delicious! The food was creatively made, plated well and delivered hot. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Our waitress, Shelby is a natural. Kudos to her. I absolutely loved this restaurant. Such friendly staff, perfect atmosphere for our girls weekend. We were celebrating a 60th birthday and they brought her a nice box of delicious chocolate truffles! The meal was also outstanding. Nice to get an actual meal on a plate for one price. Highly recommend.Good location too. Off the beaten path which is kind of nice when downtown gets crazy and it was!! My husband and I felt that we each had one of our best meals ever dining out. He had the hickory smoked ribs and they were tender and deliciously balanced with smokiness. I had blackened filet mignon over a bed of fresh greens and herbs. I asked for it to be ‘medium’ and it actually was, and so tender it melted in your mouth. Chef did an excellent job with the ‘blackening’ seasonings, it was a fresh approach using herbs and spices a little differently. The potatoes that came with it were likewise seasoned slightly in an interesting, fresh way. Our meals were so good that we wished we could return the next night as well! We enjoyed ourselves greatly in an excellent atmosphere . Service was great . The host and a couple different waitresses all checked in us . We started with the Calamari and it was a hit .....then Meatball app . Definitely loved that . We both got sirloin steaks and hers was perfect . Mine was overdone a bit . The potatoes were crazy salty . Too much for me . In the end it was a winning experience and my date was very Happy and that's what matters . I'll go again for sure More...
