Chef Noemi was amazing! I was bombarded with compliments about the food during the event and for some time after. As the host I didn't get to sit down and eat because I was busy making sure everybody was happy. But Chef Noemi chased me down with a plate and it was instant clarification and satisfaction. I really appreciated the initial meet with Chef Noemi. She was very attentive towards my party's specific taste and desires. We sat down and discussed the event and she asked me all the right questions in order to please everyone's taste buds. It was like having your own personal chef right in your own house!
