This is the best personal trainer that I have met. I have used a few trainers in the past at various healthclubs.
The previous trainers I've had put a sour taste in my mouth about training.
Steve was very understanding of my limitations and made me feel comfortable with my skill level. Even though I am new to exercise, Steve managed to help me lose 20lbs in just 3 months. I felt confident and proud of myself, just in time for my wedding. You won't regret choosing him.

There is no one size fits all principle for fitness. Depending on the goal of the client, we can use a mixture of nutrition, weight lifting, cardiovascular exercise and/or HIIT training. Nutrition and training is always part of the equation.

I have a very rewarding career in Physical Education that requires me to work 5 days a week 180 days out of the year.
I started personal training at an early age of 18 and I just can't quit it. I love changing the lives of my clients and building a professional relationship with them. Personal training and fitness in general is more than a hobby of mine, it doesn't feel like work!

Some services can be provided remotely such as nutrition coaching. I am a certified nutrition coach through NASM and I have had a good deal of client success using myfitnesspal online. I will determine the amount of calories required for you to lose fat or gain muscle and we will check in weekly, making proper adjustments to keep you on par.

I decided to train clients in my own private space, where I can control the cleaning standards and who enters and leaves the space.
Vigorous wiping down of equipment and utilization of air cleaners such as lysol, hand sanitizers have been implemented.
Masks are REQUIRED at all times.
