Mark and Jen provide mobile massage services in La and the Oc through their company - The House of Bliss Spa (aka - The Bliss Bus). They specialize in couples massage or 4 hands on one person. Individual's may book as well. They use a variety of modalities - including Thai on the Table, Deep Tissue and Wooden Gua Sha Tools for Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release (goodbye inflammation and hello mobility!)

What can sometimes be embarrassing, Debbie makes you feel so warm and welcome and at ease. She really talked me through it and helped with the massaging. I went in yesterday for a colonic. I had one years ago but it was a different system where someone else controlled the flush. This system was way easier and comfortable, the tube is smaller and you're in control of the flush. Debbie was very comforting and informative. She explains everything as she doing it. La Paz Spa (Debbie) has been an important part of my life for over 15 years now. This service is not only extremely private and a bit embarrassing, but is much needed. The owner Debbie makes this experience easy, comfortable and informative. I had surgery a few years ago and I couldn't evacuate...instead of contacting the doctor I called Debbie the practitioner & she the amazing owner of La Paz knew the exact problem and helped me from home. That issue I was having was gone immediately. I couldn't have gotten through it without her. I love her. I'm forever grateful to have a person like her in my life. She's more than La Paz.... She's helpful, understanding, personable, full of wisdom and quite funny. In addition to who she is, the business place is absolutely immaculate. It's clean, fresh, organize, sanitized in a private space and peaceful. I had the most unprofessional interaction with someone I am assuming is the owner or scheduler of La Paz Spa.First and foremost she refuses to conduct any conversation over the phone and requires you to text. Second, she is rude and lacks customer service or accountability. Kim, the employee, I encountered in person did tell me not to come to my appointment and to wait a week. I agreed.The owner, name unknown, text me stating she had a $60 no call no show fee and would not reschedule me. It is clear Kim and the owner did not communicate. The owners instinct was to lack customer service and make no accommodations without taking into consideration that her employee told me not to come.Owner then text me that "Kim will take blame" truly a red flag. I had my first colonic treatment this morning, and very pleased with the results. I will definitely be going back. I left with flatter stomach, and more energetic. The parrot was an added bonus. My ESA French Bulldog really enjoyed the parrot as well. The initial contact with Debbie was professional and helpful. She's willing to answer any questions or concerns as well. The turnaround time to get an appointment was very fast. I chatted via text with Debbie, and received an appointment the following day. 1 star but I actually never got a chance to go. When you call the number it tells you to text them. So I did and they did get back to me but because I had never done this before I had a lot of questions. I asked if they could call me but they just continued to text me. I asked if I can go and visit the facility to see what it looks like but they said that was not some thing that they do. If you're looking for something super high end and fancy then this place ain't it. I've struggled with gut problems for years due to stress. My holistic doctor recommended I get a colonic years ago and my coworker told me about this place months ago. Last week I was feeling very bloated and disgusting so I decided to give this place a try. I called and there was no answer so I eventually got a text back from this place. I scheduled an appointment and later came in waddling and Debbie took me in. I was hella nervous and didn't know what to expect but she made me feel very comfortable. Debbie touched my stomach and immediately could tell I was very bloated and truthfully, any pressure on my belly was painful at first. Once the session started, Debbie helped me massage areas of my stomach and explained how the colonic works. After I got the hang of it, she exited to room and occasionally came to check on me. Within 10 minutes of the procedure, my stomach immediately started to feel better. At the end, I felt a lot cleaner internally. Debbie explained to me a lot of benefits of the procedure. I can't wait to return. Just a few tips for those of you reading my review: hydrate well before coming, I would also recommend to bring a small bag to place your clothes and phone into while you get a colonic and maybe an extra t-shirt. Amazing amazing amazing. I'm so happy my girlfriend recommended this place. I can't believe how full of shit I was literally. The owner Debbie really knows her shit (lol) gosh so many fun puns. Mark and Jennifer offer 4 handed massage for individuals needing lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and thai compression & stretching sessions in your own home. These sessions are $144 and last 90 minutes. Tips are appreciated!
Couples Massage - 4 hands 2 bodies
Massage therapist Mark and Jennifer bring two tables to massage you and your partners bodies for 90 minutes in your own home. During the massage the tables are put side by side and Mark and Jenifer trade bodies through out the massage so each client gets the pleasure of there different ways of touching the body! This service costs $288 and is an amazing experience for those looking for reap therapeutic care from a masculine and a feminine approach to massage.
Gausha Facial & Lymphatic Body Drainage of the Entire Body
Massage therapist Jennifer works your face to tone your jawline with her guasha quarts tool. She also uses sea moss to tighten and firm the skin and follows up this relaxing facial with a sheabutter facial massage that is perfect for fixing TMJ. During this process massage therapist Mark works with a wooden gausha tool to flush and dry brush the inside of the legs and arms and the belly. All of these areas have lymphatic drainage points that can be released of toxic inflammation. Clients often report dropping one to two dress sizes after this cellulite reduction treatment. 90 mins - cost $144.
Individual Massage with Single Therapist
60 mins for $88 or 90 minutes is $111.
This one on one session with either Jen or Mark will utilize deep tissue, Swedish and therapeutic Thai stretching to release trigger points in your tight muscles.
