How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
All dishes are prepared only using only fresh ingredients and in most cases serviced hot right off the grill for ultimate freshness.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people smile when they experience our dishes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The need for freshly served high quality dishes. Too many catering options today cut cost and corners and its the customer who pays the big price for sub par products and service.
