Service was great other than there was a wait for them to first arrive at the table. My mother ordered the conch fritters and we’re good I had the wings with their specialty sauce and I was very pleased with the taste, wing size was plump and cooked perfectly. The huge con was they don’t provide parking for the restaurant, and was told to park at the public beach parking (which was full) or down at the county park which seemed was a distance. Ended up parking across the street at a bank with hopes not to be towed away. Not Acceptable! Such a terrible experience. Extremely disappointed with the service staff from the waitress to management. Food was fine, but the waitress never once came by to see if we needed anything or to ask how the food was. My drink I ordered from the bar was wrong but I didn’t get a chance to complain to her about it because we had already been served our meals and she never came over until we were ready for the check. Wait staff coming out of the kitchen stuffing food in their mouths in between serving tables their plates-absolutely unsanitary and disgusting. Unprofessional conversations amongst staff being had on the floor in front of all of us customers to overhear. We get our check, then watch the waitress walk around for 20 minutes complaining about a table she had. I must’ve waved my bill book at least 5 times in an attempt to pay my bill so we could leave but she kept going on about her other tables. I finally waved another waitress down and asked if she could check us out. As she did, some woman in a white button down and a clip board comes over to our table, says “hi” as she tries to sit down at the chair next to me. Unannounced and all…I don’t let her sit, but instead look at her confused and respond “hi” and pause. She says to me “can I help you” to which I respond “can I help YOU?” Like, if you’re a manager, shouldn’t you introduce yourself or is it just me? I never asked for a manager! I just wanted to leave. Nonetheless, I explain my disgust, tell her all of my complaints and I notice another waiter standing against the door two tables away listening to my conversation! So, my credit card finally makes its way back to my table and as I’m signing the slip, my mom begins telling said “manager” how she’s been there before and has never had suck a horrible experience. What does the manager say? “Oh this won’t help HER at all, (me) but I’d like to offer you (my mom) a $20 gift card…” AND TURNS HER BACK TO ME!!!!!! I had had it at that point and say “oh F me right? The paying customer? You offer her a gift card because she lives up the street but do nothing to fix the terrible service for the one who paid the bill?” Needless to say my mom declined her gift card and we won’t be going back there ever. Absolutely terrible! If you dine here, do it for the beachfront view and don’t expect good service because they don’t have any. More...

Good food but very bad service. We had to ask a different waitress to pay for our bill. Our waitress came out and was ready and did argue. I had been wanting to try this place out. We pulled in yesterday on two motorcycles. We were informed by the cheerful parking lot attendant that there was no room for motorcycles that day , however,there were many open spots in the lot.
