The Bartender Company (TBC) was the first company in the Bay Area to offer craft cocktails for private parties (in 2010), and continues to focus on being the highest quality beverage catering company in the country. We created California's first mobile food truck for alcoholic beverages (in 2016), called "The Bartender Truck", leading to the 2020 American Business Award for "Entrepreneur of the Year - Food and Beverage".

I work for one of the FAANGs and hired The Bartender Company for my offsite this week. Carlos and Giovanna were amazing to work with! My venue was located in a new building on campus and Carlos did a walk-through with me just to ensure that setup would be smooth for the event. Giovanna was professional and so sweet. She had the bar setup beautifully and on time for my guests. Her cocktails are so good! Ariella was also lovely to work with and provided me a quote within mins of my call. I reviewed The Bartender Company the first time I used their services in 2016 for a 150+ person event. We just used their services again for a 40 person family event and my review is the same: if I could give Carlos and the Bartender Company 10 stars I would! They are fantastic. Carlos and his team are the epitome of customer service. (And with professional event planning experience I have high expectations.) Carlos is professional, very fast response time, easy to work with, patient with questions, and helpful with suggestions. His team member Gina who worked our event was fabulous with impeccable service. The bar set up was meticulous, colorful and fun. Having the bar made the party more festive. And most important, because of The Bartender Company, I was able to have more fun and be a better hostess at my own party. All our guests were impressed with Gina and the Bar! The cocktails were awesome! I would 100 percent recommend The Bartender Company for any event. This group was amazing and made our wedding so special. They were easy to work with, keeping us in the loop every step of the way.
We never had a doubt that our drinks and bar would be anything short of perfect! We had to make some last minute changes and they were flexible and made everything work! Our signature drinks were a hit and they made sure to honor all our preferences and requests. After the wedding, everyone was talking about how much fun our wedding was, and I think the Bartender Company was a big part of that. That’s all you can ask for! 100% would recommend to anyone and would book them for my next event!

Just want to give a huge shoutout to Carlos and his team at The Bartender Truck. I hired his service to help my friend celebrate the life of her husband who left this world way too soon! Carlos' team and the service they provided was stellar we couldn't be happier! The bartenders were kind and patient with the 100+ guests, the service was everything we could have hoped for, that was until we got to the and drinks. They were perfect! Nonalcoholic beverages were also provided, including sodas and water for those who don't drink liquor or are underage. Just want to send me my sincerest thanks to the entire Bartender Truck team! Was planning a celebration of life for 50 people at a private home in Palo Alto in April 2020 with Carlos when we had to cancel due to Covid. Over a year later, I reached back out to Carlos and he was able to pick up right where we left off. Super responsive and accommodating.The event itself went wonderfully. My husband's surprise 40th birthday party was a huge success due to the Bartender Company! I was so busy with work, worried about how to have a safe, socially distanced outdoor pandemic party. I randomly came across them through a google search, and they made everything so easy. Bartending Trucks
For those who have something to celebrate, but need to keep their distance, we’re happy to offer “The Bartender Truck”! It’s California’s first food truck to specialize in everything beverage related (from made-to-order craft cocktails with fresh-pressed juices and homemade syrups, to full basic bars with spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages). We’ll roll up and start serving your guests from the coolest mobile bar in the Bay Area (complete with professional lighting and sound system), and your guest can enjoy their favorite libation in a nearby area where they feel comfortable. It’s the perfect instant party, and comfortable for all!
Mixology Classes
Ready to master the art of mixology? Want to be able to make craft cocktails at home? Our mixology classes will teach you everything from the basics of cocktail creation (both citrus-based and spirit-forward) to the proper ways to shake and stir. You’ll learn how to make and use fresh-pressed juices and homemade syrups, culminating with having the opportunity to make cocktails behind the bar with the guidance of an elite mixologist! It’s like learning, but with drinking. We’ll toast to that!
