I was inspired by my maverick ways which alerted me to a broken healthcare model with poor patient outcomes. I desired to do right by my patients because I understood the significant impact of being whole and well, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually versus the negative trajectory a life without wholeness created (e.g. Unhealthy individuals -->unhealthy relationships -->unhealthy families-->unhealthy children -->unhealthy communities, etc....rinse & repeat!). Therefore, I took longer with my patients to ensure they felt heard and to also ensure correct diagnoses which leads to correct treatment which promotes health & healing & empowerment, in addition to improved healthcare literacy which leads to autonomy & self-advocacy! My practice model did not fit what healthcare has become, so, here I am!

Absolutely!! Telehealth affords the entire state of Virginia (citizens and those visiting) to receive psychiatric services anywhere which improves access to quality healthcare!

Visits are eligible for health insurance reimbursement!

This clinic is solely telehealth, unless otherwise discussed. If in-person is required, both the practitioner and patient must be masked, in addition to temperatures being taken. The clinic staff is also fully vaccinated!
