The Academy of Athletic Advancement is the only place to go for athletic skills enhancement and to receive overall optimal fitness in health. The trainers and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and make you feel like you a part of their family. The Academy accommodates people of all skill levels and ages, as I have seen kids as young as 8 years old to seniors in high school, professional and collegiate athletes, older adults, and even kids and adults with special needs. If you want to be a better athlete or want to get in shape with personal training, this is the place to go!! Their athletic training really sets the bar high. They focus on making you a real, all around athlete. The Academy works on advancing your speed, agility, strength, and explosiveness. Their training will separate you from other athletes! The trainers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They will not only focus on what will make you better as an athlete, but they also help with recovery, injury prevention, or exercises that helps fix injuries. The facility is extremely clean and has really advanced equipment! They have pneumatic air pressure machines (Keiser system). This system is pretty intense, it uses air pressure as resistance for a variety of exercises. The turf strip in back is great for sled pushes and athletic movements. They also have your traditional lifting equipment, kettlebells, dumb bells, squat rack, etc. Overall this place IS A MUST if you want to become a real, big time athlete! More...

Just finished awesome workout with Jason! The Academy is a no nonsense facility that attracts high level athletes and those that aspire to be (me). Jason, Pete, and the entire staff go above and beyond expectations to help clients achieve goals and open up possibilities I never imagined.
