Great gym, it's small and simple but that's all you need. Never crowded and it has all the equipment anyone should really need, no frills, no BS. Owner is really nice, staff is friendly. I like that they use rags to clean the equipment, I'm sure it's a economic decision but it's still better for the environment then using paper towels. More...

Perfect for my schedule. So much freedom. It has everything I need without time constraints or the crowds. I came here at 3am on a Thursday once. Absolutely the cleanest gym I have ever been in, and I've worked in 2 and belonged to countless others. The owner is an amazing personal trainer and just a really nice guy. As a woman who went there at all hours of the day, including very odd hours of the night, I always felt safe. I found that there was never a time I had to wait for a piece of equipment, there was always plenty of choices available. I think because the gym is open 24/7/365 you never really have that rush of people, or a gym that is over crowded. I would highly recommend this gym and Wayne as a personal trainer.
